2018 NetGalley Reading Challenge Completion

The fifth annual Netgalley and Edelweiss Reading Challenge was initially hosted by Bookish Things & More. The site has apparently closed.
The levels offered were:
Bronze – 10 Books
Silver – 25 Books
Gold – 50 Books
Platinum – 75 Books
Diamond – 100 Books

I just made my goal of Gold in 2017 with 51 NetGalley books read and reviewed. I decided to try Gold level again this year. However, I had it in my mind that my goal was 40. I was doing just fine with that until I started to set up this post and realized the goal was actually 50.
COMPLETED! I did a sprint reading the last 7 days to reach 50!

We have had a year of challenges that have only made us stand firm in our faith.
This is a time to stop and remember the most important things I need to share.

Happy Thanksgiving 2018!

I have much to be Thankful for even after the storms!
Son and daughter and their families - all healthy. Our Daughter-in-law has received a clear diagnosis of the lung cancer spots after four months!
My Versa Note, which we liked, was totaled by the hurricane. The payment was enough to replace it with a almost the same financing on a 2015 Prius with 14,080 miles. The Prius is a Hybrid, 45+ miles to a gallon, and we love it!
We couldn't see sunsets because of the woods behind our house - we can now!

God is in control and He loves me.

I give thanks!
