MBS Blogoversary -- Celebrating Three Years!

Well - I guess you can say I have been super busy since I am even late for my own BLOGOVERSARY PARTY! YIKES! It doesn't really seem like three years but it is... with lots of reviews, giveaways and interviews shared. :-)  And more to come of course!

I didn't get the chance this year to line up sponsors but I have a big Grand Prize to share in celebration.
Because I love reading and I love my e-reader (a Kindle) plus I have Nook on my Tablet, and I want to share the love of ebooks with my blogger followers, I am giving away ....:

A NOOK Simple Touch With GlowLight

Now - some people may already have a reader or a tablet, so I am offering a $50.00 Gift Card as an alternative -- winner's choice.

Also-  I haven't checked the postage cost for various countries, but as long as the postage is under $50.00 I will send the Nook worldwide!

Keep a watch out because I will be posting some other book prizes over the next two weeks.

NOTE - winner will be announced a day or two after the close of the contest and the post will include the Winners Form link to claim the prizes.

  2. Congrats on the milestone and Happy Blogoversary! :)

In terms of celebrating, I'd suggest going for a girls night out with drinks to toast the occasion while talking and sharing about all things books. :) As for what book I'd like to celebrate with... it's hard to choose just one particular book, but perhaps the one you wrote your first review on for this blog? Or an upcoming anticipated release?

I'm planning to celebrate with you by reading/rereading some of the excellent posts on your blog, such as your Bossypants review from January. So happy that I won this book from you a couple of months ago - still need to read it, but it seems like an excellent celebration book, doesn't it?

  21. I love your site! Happy blogoversary. Yours is one of the first book blogs I began following. Lots of fun. I love to read "light and fluffy feel good books". One of my favorites is The Future of Us by Jay Asher and Carolyn Mackler. I also love post apocalyptic books too. Such a contrast. Once I finish a post apocalyptic, then I reach for a light and fluffy. 77 Days in September was a good one.

  39. Hi Martha! Happy Blog Anniversary. Thank you for sharing your love of reading with us. I like finding new authors and books and your blog is a great place to find this. Even for books that have been long-released but are a great find!

I would celebrate by making a virtual collage of important or special events on your blog. Posts about your favorite reads, snapshots of your shelves over the years and the best thing you like about blogging! That would be fun.

Of course you can't celebrate a book blog's blogging success without books...I know I would want to have Shadow of Night by Deborah Harkness around :)

Have another fantastic year blogging and reading!

  50. Happy Blogoversary, Martha!
Hmm, I think I'll celebrate with my reading buddies and having a nice and enjoyable lunch together :) We're going to talk about books, books and books! LOL

I think I'll choose Someone To Watch Over Me by Lisa Kleypas & Then Comes Seduction by Mary Balogh on our discussion since all of us love historical romance and those two books are the most recent translated books which are released in my country. Well, sadly, not all my friends read English books :(
