Sharing Beyond Books #414 Comment Giveaway February 6, 2021

Hello again, Welcome to Sharing Beyond Books.

Thanks to everyone who commented last week.
Last Q#413 Natalija asks: Do you prefer alpha or beta heroes in your romantic fiction??
Five commenters said they would don't necessarily prefer either alpha or beta males, but it depends on how they are written. Four commenters prefer alphas males, and three prefer 3 beta males.

The Winner from SBB #413 comments is #8 CAROLL who can make a GC choice if international or book choice from the Updated (**Finally!) ARC/Review titles or (recently updated) Love and Christmas titles - all linked near the end of the post. -- [11/16/19 I plan to add some review books this week and maybe some new Christmas and Love titles as soon as I locate the box I put them in. 11/28/20 I have added a box of new books for SBB and will list them in the next week or so. I have to try to cross off books that have already been awarded. ]

Please let me know your choice by completing the WINNER FORM.

WEEK #414
(One Question.)
Elizabeth asks: If you are in a stay-at-home area, what activities kept you busy? Did you try anything new? Or spend time reading??
My time didn't change much so I just continued to read, write reviews and blog. :-)  However, my ladies book club is about to resume with the first two months to be by Zoom and then we will see after we have had our vaccines.

Thanks to those who are sending in Questions. DON'T BE SHY! Surely everyone has a Q or two you'd like to ask. Input suggestions in this Suggested Question Form. At the end of each month, I draw from the suggestions I used during the month and that person will get a 1/2 book choice or $2.50 towards GC. I thank everyone for submitting questions. Thanks for sending in questions! The supply of questions is dwindling so share some if you think of any -- even if they are duplicates I'll weed through or try to modify them.

Your turn to share. Elizabeth asks: If you are in a stay-at-home area, what activities kept you busy? Did you try anything new? Or spend time reading???

SBB Comment Winners can choose a selection from the Updated ARC and Other books, including the "Love" and Christmas titles all in one post.

SBB Rules:
a) Must be a follower.
b) Share a comment on the question above.
Open internationally and an international winner may get a smaller book or a $5.00 GC if I decide the mailing is too much.
I will pick a Comment winner from all comments made through Saturday, February 20, 2021, at 5 PM central.

  1. Congrats, Caroll!

I pretty much did the same things at home I did before. There was plenty to keep me busy.

  2. We are in semi isolation because the cases keep rising and I am happy to stay in. I read, have got addicted to Netflix, Youtube clips (so much variety and so much to learn) then the routine daily work of a household. Day does not hold enough hours.

  3. I mostly read in my free time but I find that I'm probably doing more housework nowadays

  4. We haven't been in a lock down since May, but besides going to work I don't feel comfortable traveling in my country or going to restaurants and anything else... So essentially, not much has changed.

I am reading a lot mixed with watching a lot of Netflix and movies and TV shows, I'm also baking new recopies and experimenting with food.

  5. Congrats to Caroll!
I live in a lockdown area with a stay-at-home order. Fortunately for me I work an essential job so I still venture out most days. When I don't go to work, it's books and film entertainment for me.
