Each week Dolly asks some questions for us to answer and then link up. I am late doing the post but I am trying to to participate as I would like to learn more about blogger and follower friends.

WEEK 19 QUESTIONS

1. How would you build the perfect sandwich?

2. What is your favorite flavor of potato chips?

3. Now add the perfect beverage to complete this lunch.

Here you go:
1.  My favorite sandwich is a Grilled Cheese with Bacon; preferably on Rye or wheat. Sometimes we add tomatoes.

2.  My favorite chips are Frito Corn Chips; second choice is any rippled potato chip.

3. My first choice is a glass of water. But I also drink hot coffee or tea at lunch.

So how about you? What is your favorite lunch sandwich, chip and drink?
I still have some Christmas books left so we will do another pick from the Christmas Books for Giveaway.  Maybe this week I'll remember to post the link for this.

Sunday Words of Encouragement January 9, 2011

Today our Pastor continued with a message on prayer as we conclude our Week of Prayer. The message encouraged us to: be dependent on God, recognize the power of corporate prayer (Acts 4:31) and know that God accepts our imperfect efforts.  Remember: when we pray, God will work.

My prayer today matches the words of the song: 'may He be our eyes, and guide us to be wise.' I am looking forward to prayer service tonight.

James attempts to make a pact with the heads of the other clans to fight this decree. But he ends up fighting his own fierce desire when coming head-to-head with Lady Catriona of the opposing MacDonald clan, who has her own plan for peace.
