I am reminded every Sunday morning of God's power and grace! I have decided to share a song and verse for encouragement on Sundays.

The verse is from our Pastor's message "God's Promises" and it is one of my favorite:

Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

This morning I prayed for several online and church friends who are suffering with back pain. You know who you are, but more importantly, God knows who you are and He knows your needs. Be encouraged!
