I was supposed to meet her outside the front doors. When I got there she wasn't there. I checked the checkout line and then looked for the car and it was gone. She said she forgot I had come with her. She got halfway home and turned around to come get me. We lived 20 minutes from Wal-Mart and this was before cell phones.

pefrw at yahoo dot comRachel Vhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07499899113571281191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-116789728291762138.post-55558822391361633292012-04-01T09:22:22.780-05:002012-04-01T09:22:22.780-05:00I do not have a bucket list...yet at least >.&g...I do not have a bucket list...yet at least >.>
2. I am an only child, so my parents were pretty good about never losing me, but there was one time when my mom forgot about me. It is was in high school and I had a late rehearsal during tech week for our musical and I was still waiting after all my friends had left. I called home and my mom was all apologetic for forgetting me.Rickihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05108470370944541128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-116789728291762138.post-75602437036343938992012-04-01T07:46:47.048-05:002012-04-01T07:46:47.048-05:001. At this point in my life I'm quite content. :)

I wasn't actually left behind but while down the shore in New Jersey on the boardwalk I turned away from my Dad while he was paying for my ice cream . I was 5 years old. But the crowd was so thick I was immediately lost. I actually remembered where my Dad had parked his truck and walked to it and got inside waiting. I can't tell you how long before I saw my Mom and Dad running to the truck crying and laughing. It seemed like forever.
Carol L
Lucky4750 (at) aol (dot) comCarol L.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05291123842810883524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-116789728291762138.post-19479256346082503482012-04-01T05:15:33.081-05:002012-04-01T05:15:33.081-05:001.
